Mitchelle Night Birth Date: May 14, 2011 Mitchelle is one of the many children that are a part of the Echoes of Mercy Program that reaches out to impoverished and orphaned children. Touch the World partners with Echoes of Mercy to help care for these children. Moses Omondi is the founder and director of Echoes of Mercy. Mitchelle’s parent’s are peasant farmers. Most of the food they raise is to feed their family and very little to sell at the market. It is not enough to take care of the family’s needs. Due to their poverty level Mitchelle misses a lot of school due to school fees. Mitchelle performs above average in school and enjoys reading. For only $25 per month you will feed, clothe, and take care of the basic needs of this child. “This is pure and undefiled religion in the sight of our God and Father, to visit the orphans and widows in their distress, and to keep oneself unstained by the world.” James 1:27 |
